10 STANDARD CAPACITY FLAT BOX [VERY GOOD - REFURBISHED]. The 10-Inch LEVEL5 drywall flat box is a universal mud box that fits into any drywall finisher's taping tool arsenal. In a 7"/10" flat box combination, a 10-Inch box is used for a second fill coat. In a 10"/12" box combination, the 10-Inch flat box is used for the first fill coat. There are various toolset configurations available to choose from. A joint compound pump is used to fill automatic drywall finishing tools via the box filler valve or gooseneck attachments. The LEVEL5 drywall compound pump is longer than competitive models to accommodate more bucket sizes.

All major components have been manufactured using premium grade aluminum that has been anodized for extreme durability and easy cleaning. The LEVEL5 compound pump contains a composite cup seal which is designed to be longer lasting than traditional rubber seals found in some competitive compound pumps. A precision molded flapper valve and seal assembly minimizes pump priming. The LEVEL5 compound pump features a handle that is longer than some competitive models, providing excellent leverage and easier compound loading.

The pump also comes standard with an extra long LEVEL 5 box filler valve (SKU #4-715), as well as a wrench that is mounted to the pump foot for convenience. Quick release latches and grenade pins have been used to provide easy assembly/disassembly when cleaning. Flat box handles are used in conjunction with a flat box to apply a crowned, feathered coat of joint compound over taped flat joints on walls and ceilings. Manufactured using heavy gauge aluminum tubing and precision machined components, the LEVEL5 fixed-length flat box handle is both lightweight and sturdy. The handle's tubing has been anodized for long term durability and easy cleaning.

LEVEL5 extendable flat box handles come in the following lengths: 23-32 SKU # 4-782. And 48-78 SKU # 4-759. The LEVEL5 flat box handle is also compatible with the flat boxes of most major manufacturers.

23"-32" Extendable Flat Box Handle. 30"-42" Extendable Flat Box Handle (MOST POPULAR). 40" - 62" Extendable flat Box Handle. Fixed-length flat box handles are used in conjunction with a flat box to apply a crowned, feathered coat of joint compound over taped flat joints on walls and ceilings.

LEVEL5 fixed-length flat box handles come in the following lengths: 34 SKU #4-711. This set includes the 42 fixed-length flat box handle, which is the most common length.

"OUTSIDER" WHEEL EXTENSION SET FOR LEVEL5 DRYWALL FLAT BOXES. With LEVEL5 "Outsider" wheel extensions, you can use a flat box to coat outside corner beads at an unprecedented speed. This kit will pay for itself on the first job in a matter of hours. Once the kit is installed, simply "hook" the guide disc that now resides just inside each box wheel onto the outside corner of the bead and start finishing corners. The box will self-guide on the corner bead making the finishing process effortless while saving hours of finishing and sanding time. "Outsider" wheel extensions will provide a perfect corner on nearly all types of rectangular paper-faced metal, bare metal and vinyl corner beads. It is important to note that they do not need to be removed from the flat box once installed; you can seamlessly move from flat joints to corners during the finishing process.
