No visual led response when the power button is pressed. The internal components look clean and the caps dont appear to be leaking. I think the RAM slot is empty and the PRAM battery has been removed.

Dont know if that has any effect on the power light. These set top boxes are extremely rare though. Not certain if the remote goes with the item, but it will be included unless advised it isnt wanted.
